Organizational CHANGE MANAGEMENT
Organizational Change Management is more than providing users with training documentation and a quick walk through of an application or process. It requires end to end thinking of how a new process or system will impact an organization and how best to provide the support to prepare those impacted. Successful adoption of a new process or system is best considered at the outset of a project; as Business Analysts, we advocate at the outset of a project for the end user and customer impact to be considered.
